Role Description This is a part-time, remote Photoshop Automotive Illustration role.

The Photoshop Automotive

Illustrator will create and refine high-quality automotive images using Adobe Photoshop, working from archival photographs, design references, and existing artwork. Day-to-day tasks include masking, retouching, color correction, compositing, and preparing files for professional printing and framing. The role involves collaborating with the production and archival teams to ensure accurate visual representation of historic and contemporary vehicles, maintaining consistent file naming, metadata,



and digital asset organization. The Illustrator will also assist in reviewing proofs, adjusting artwork based on feedback, and upholding Archivea Inc.’s quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, including masking, retouching, color correction, and compositing for automotive imagery.
- Experience in digital illustration or graphic design focused on vehicles, technical drawings, or product visualization.
- Understanding of color management, print-ready file preparation, and basic prepress processes.
- Attention to detail with the ability to follow visual guidelines, preserve historical accuracy, and maintain consistency across series of images.
- Good organizational skills for managing digital assets, naming conventions, and version control.
- Ability to work remotely collaborate respectfully within a small team, and communicate clearly about visual requirements and deadlines.
- Prior experience in a print studio, museum, archive, or related visual arts environment is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in graphic design, digital media, visual arts, or a comparable field is beneficial.
