Who were looking for
As Planner/Quotations you´ll translate customers request into quotes, and organize the projects with our coordinator and teams.
Your responsibilities at a glance :
- You´ll ensure we can respond quickly and accurate to customer needs.
- Estimating man-hours, materials and resources based on technical documentation.
- Contacting suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
- Work Planning : Determining the order, arranging manpower and resources.
- Ensuring that everything is done safety and according to regulations
- Contributing ideas on how things can be done smarter or more efficiently
- Provides, if requested by the customer, a project planning based on the work offered in our quotation.
- Write or Supervise technical documents/reports doing by our Coordinators.
- If necessary , Visit Vessels for inspection of the works
Skills & Experience
- Naval Architect / Marine engineer , High School Degree
- Fluent English verbally and written, other languages will be appreciate
- Knowledge of estimating and cost structures or be willing to learn this.
- You´re versátil, accurate and a team player.
- Knowledge of MS Office package , ERP , CAD and other relevant software.
- Used to working in teams, with a service providing and flexible attitude.
- We expected candidates to have knowledge of the ship repair market and techniques or be willing to learn this.
- Several years of experience in this industry or relevant position is an advantage
