About The Role

Are you a proactive, driven communicator ready to thrive in a high-growth environment and make a real impact in the real estate podcasting space? Icons of Real Estate is looking for a Junior SDR / Podcast Network Coordinator to manage outbound lead replies, engage prospects, and drive booked qualification calls for our growing network.

Core Responsibilities

- Email Campaign Management: Monitor and manage all replies from outbound email campaigns daily.
- Prompt Lead Response: Respond to interested leads promptly during US business hours.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify initial interest level through engaging email conversations.
- Follow-up Strategies: Conduct thorough follow-up strategies to keep prospects warm.
- Objection Handling: Handle common objections and questions seamlessly via email.
- Proactive Calls: When necessary, proactively call leads to move them forward.
- Calendar Booking: Book qualified leads onto the Network Manager's calendar for qualification calls.
- Call Confirmation: Confirm upcoming calls to minimize no-shows.
- CRM & Tracker Hygiene: Update lead status and detailed notes in the tracker after every interaction.
- Hot Lead Escalation: Flag hot leads or urgent replies immediately for priority follow-up.
- Daily Reporting: Report daily metrics to the Sales Manager (replies handled, calls booked, no-shows).

Secondary Responsibilities (When email volume is low)

- Social Media Outreach:



Reach out to prospects via Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Internal Network Outreach: Conduct outreach via the eXp HUB internal communication system.
- Cold Calling: Cold call prospects when necessary to generate opportunity.
- Urgent Opportunity Flagging: Flag hot leads or urgent opportunities for immediate action.
