Tareas

- Help to create a dashboard with CRM metrics and monitor it (Collect metrics in one place for each IT product).
- Collect data from the system to review and update the User Journey of a Sales Rep within portfolio IT Services.
- Collect data from user Satisfaction surveys within IT services in Pre-Sales and use to create KPIs and metrics.
- Working in pre-project, supporting in preparing the kick-off, documentation of results and creating documents (e.g. RfI, RfP, Glossar, ...).
- Understand Jira process (Epic Refinement / Story Refinement,...)

Tu perfil:
- Student, Bachelor's or Master's level in Economics, Sciences as Mathematics, Physics,... Engineering or similar.




- Would be needed to have some technical analytics skills (Analytics tools, any programming language, AI tools as user)
- Good skills in Power Point and Excel.Good to have statistics knowledge.
- Fluent Spanish. Fluent English, level: B2 - C1
