Role Description The Private Aviation Advisor is a full-time, on-site position based in Mallorca . The successful candidate will advise clients on aircraft options, routes, scheduling, and pricing, creating tailored charter solutions that meet individual travel requirements.

The role involves managing client inquiries, preparing and presenting quotations, coordinating flight logistics with operators, and overseeing the booking process from the initial request through post-flight follow-up.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, responding promptly to time-sensitive requests, monitoring flight operations, and ensuring exceptional service standards at every stage of the customer journey. The advisor will collaborate closely with internal teams and external operators to optimize aircraft availability, negotiate favorable commercial terms, and support revenue growth while upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, professionalism, and discretion.

In addition, the Private Aviation Advisor will play an active role in business development by identifying and attracting new clients, developing new business opportunities, and building a strong portfolio of customers. This includes networking,



lead generation, nurturing prospective client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence within the private aviation market. The role is expected to contribute directly to client acquisition, long-term retention, and sustainable revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and relationship management skills, particularly with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients .
- Solid understanding of private aviation operations, charter processes, and flight coordination.
- Experience in private jet charter brokerage, aircraft leasing, or aviation sales is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Spanish, French, German, or Russian are considered a strong asset.
- Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, time-critical environment with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Commercially minded with the confidence to develop new business opportunities and manage a client portfolio.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software, with the ability to learn aviation-specific platforms quickly.
- Previous experience in aviation, luxury travel, hospitality, yachting, or other premium service industries is preferred.
- A degree or professional qualification in Business, Aviation Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is advantageous.
