MISSION

We’re looking for a curious, data‑driven and user‑obsessed Product Manager to help build the new Product Management Office (PMO) at Mediapro’s Innovation Area and take AutomaticTV to the next level.

AutomaticTV is an AI-powered, fully automated sports-production platform capable of tracking the action, switching cameras, and producing matches across multiple sports without any human crew. It’s part of Mediapro’s innovation ecosystem, where we create next‑gen audiovisual experiences, immersive platforms and cutting‑edge interactive solutions.

FUNCTIONS

Drive the Product Vision

1. Define and own the roadmap for AutomaticTV and AI production Studio from discovery to launch.
2. Validate opportunities through market research, user interviews and data.
3. Lead go‑to‑market planning: messaging, pricing insights, packaging and rollout.
4. Explore new business models and extensions inside Mediapro’s innovation portfolio.
5. Understand real needs across the broadcast and sports ecosystem and turn user feedback into actionable improvements.
6. Set clear KPIs and track impact continuously.

Build Product Process & Culture
1. Shape the foundations of the new PMO: workflows, rituals,



documentation and decision‑making frameworks.
2. Promote product‑thinking across teams within the Innovation Area.
3. Collaborate closely with engineering and UX/UI teams on feature definition and prioritization to translate technical capabilities into simple, clear user value.

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience in Product Management (preferably in tech, media, sports or AI).
- Strong fundamentals in product discovery, experimentation, roadmap management, KPI definition and GTM strategy.
- Solid understanding of software development and ability to engage with highly technical teams.
- Bonus points for experience in video tech, broadcast, sports production or AI.
- Clear communicator, structured thinker, and team player.
- Fluent in English (Spanish/Catalan are a plus).
