QHSSE Manager – Spain (Madrid HQ) Aviation | Safety Leadership | International Operations

We’re working with a leading aviation organisation to appoint a

QHSSE Manager to drive safety, compliance, and operational excellence across multiple stations in Spain. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of Quality, Health, Safety, Security & Environmental standards across a complex, multi-site operation.

What You’ll Be Doing Leading QHSSE strategy across all Spanish operations Ensuring compliance with

ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, ISAGO, ICAO & IATA standards Driving risk management, incident investigation & corrective actions Leading internal & external audits and regulatory engagement Developing





Business Continuity Plans & Emergency Response Plans Delivering training, awareness, and cultural change programmes Acting as the

Aviation Security lead (PNS compliance) Partnering with senior stakeholders across operations, airlines & authorities

What We’re Looking For 10+ years’ experience in

QHSSE leadership within aviation / logistics / industrial environments Strong background in ground handling or air cargo operations Deep knowledge of

ISAGO, IGOM, ICAO & IATA frameworks Proven ability to lead multi-site, international operations Strong experience in auditing, compliance & continuous improvement Recognised

Health & Safety certification Fluent in

Spanish & English Comfortable with regular travel across Spain
