We are looking for a hands-on Quality Manager to take ownership of quality performance in a dynamic manufacturing plant. This is a high-impact role with strong visibility, focused on driving stability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement .

What you will do

- Lead and elevate the Quality function within the plant
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer requirements
- Act as a key interface with customers, managing quality issues and escalations
- Identify risks and drive improvements across product, processes, and equipment
- Strengthen core quality tools ( FMEA, Control Plans, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA )
- Boost process capability and operational excellence
- Lead change,

What we are looking for

- Proven experience as Quality Manager in automotive manufacturing
- Strong expertise in IATF 16949 and core quality tools
- Results-driven, pragmatic, and hands-on mindset
- Ability to operate in fast-paced or transformation environments
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
