Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Alicante.

The Real Estate

Agent will support clients through the full property lifecycle, including conducting property viewings, advising on pricing, and guiding clients through offers and negotiations. Daily tasks include maintaining up-to-date property listings, following up with leads, preparing basic sales documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions. The role involves providing prompt, professional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email,



and staying informed about local market trends and property regulations.

The Real Estate

Agent will also participate in networking activities and local outreach to build and maintain a strong client portfolio.

Qualifications

Valid Real Estate License and foundational knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts.

Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, respond to inquiries, and support clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.

Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing transactions in a professional, ethical manner.

Familiarity with local property markets and regulations in Alicante or willingness to learn quickly.

Effective verbal and written communication skills in en_US; additional local language skills are an advantage.

Ability to work on-site, manage time independently in a part-time schedule, and collaborate with a diverse team.

Proficiency with basic office software and real estate listing platforms; CRM experience is beneficial.

Previous experience in residential real estate or a related field is preferred but not strictly required.
