Role Description

We are looking for a Real Estate Agent to join our team in Marbella. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, from generating and following up on leads to conducting property viewings, advising clients on market conditions, negotiating deals, and guiding transactions through to completion.



Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building and maintaining a strong client portfolio, preparing and presenting property listings, coordinating with legal and financial professionals, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will also support the agency's marketing initiatives, attend networking events, and contribute to maintaining our high standards of service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in Real Estate sales and a solid understanding of the local property market and regulations.
- Skills:

-Property valuation and market analysis

-Negotiation, and deal closing

-Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on client satisfaction and long-term relationships

-Familiarity with CRM systems

- Languages: Fluent English is required. Additional languages (such as Swedish, Dutch, German, French, Italian, Russian, or Arabic) are highly valued. Spanish is not required, although it is considered an advantage.
- Candidate should have a valid driving license.
