We're looking for ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join our international team in Barcelona and recruit for the German, Dutch, or French market.

Position: Recruitment Consultant

Location: Barcelona

Start Date: September/October 2026

Languages: Fluent German, Dutch or French (one of these languages is required), plus English (minimum B2). Any additional language is a plus.

- Fluent German, Dutch or French (one of these languages is required) & English (minimum B1)
- First experience in sales/recruiting is a big plus, but not necessary
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
- Positive, resilient, and results-driven mindset
- Entrepreneurial mindset and enjoyment of new challenges

Your responsibilities:
- Recruiting Tech and Sales professionals for the German, Dutch (Benelux), or French market




- Active sourcing and qualifying IT talent
- Building and developing your own client portfolio
- Winning new clients through calls, emails, and networking
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Building a strong network of candidates and clients
- Successfully matching candidates with clients

Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant:

€23,000 to €30,000, including a base salary (€23,000) and projected first-year commission. Earnings are uncapped and can vary depending on performance.

Recruitment Consultant:
