We are looking for a Retail Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day management and optimization of product catalogs across Amazon and other marketplace environments. This role will be responsible for ensuring catalog excellence, enhancing product discoverability, resolving operational issues, and driving digital shelf performance through accurate and compelling product content.
The ideal candidate combines marketplace operations expertise with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving in fast-paced eCommerce environment.
Catalog
Management & Content Optimization Create, maintain and optimize product listings, attributes, PDP (Product Detail Page) content, and enhanced content assets. Ensure product information accuracy, completeness, and compliance with marketplace guidelines. Support SEO-driven content optimization across titles, bullet points, product descriptions, keywords, and detail pages to improve discoverability and conversion.
Manage assortment updates, product launches, bundle creation, and content refreshes.
Performance
Monitoring & Reporting Track and analyze key operational and commercial KPIs including:
Stock availability Conversion rate Buy Box ownership Organic ranking Ratings and reviews Digital shelf quality Identify optimization opportunities to improve catalog health and overall marketplace performance. Produce regular reporting and insights to support business decisions and growth initiatives. Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketplace Operations, eCommerce Content Management, Catalog Management, or Digital Shelf Execution.
Hands-on experience working with Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, or similar marketplace management platforms.
Strong understanding of: eCommerce catalog structures Product content quality standards SEO best practices Marketplace policies and catalog governance. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into actions.
Preferred Qualifications Experience within Retail Media, Marketplace, eCommerce, or Consumer Goods environments. Familiarity with digital shelf analytics tools and marketplace reporting platforms.
Advanced
Excel skills and experience working with large product datasets. Catalog accuracy and content quality. Improvement in PDP quality and completeness. Enjoy more than just work with adaptable compensation including meal vouchers, health insurance, transportation, and more.
