Senior Accountant

Own the month‑end close, management accounts, general ledger integrity, balance sheet reconciliation, VAT/tax submissions, and audit readiness. Prepare financial statements and support the Financial Controller with reporting packs, budgeting and forecasting, and ad‑hoc analysis. Manage a multi‑entity, multi‑currency environment and oversee retail inventory accounting. Ensure strong internal controls and consistent finance processes.

Professional

Spanish and English proficiency. ~ Experience improving close timelines, control frameworks, or finance processes in a growing business. Supports the day‑to‑day transactional finance operations of the business, ensuring accurate processing of financial transactions and assisting with reconciliations and administrative finance tasks. Carry out bank, supplier, customer, and intercompany reconciliations.

Prepare and review information for filing various tax obligations (monthly, quarterly, and annual). Track team expenses via the Payhawk platform. Support HR consulting and asset management (fleet control, maintenance, repairs).

Vocational training or Business Administration with accounting experience. English and Spanish fluency; professional knowledge of French preferred. Full time (40 hours) or part time (minimum 20 hours) available.

The role is based in our office in Fornells de la Selva, Girona. Remote working is not available. Bike Rental & Workshop Mechanic – Nice Cycling Hub Create and implement workshop processes (quality control, rental bike procedures, cleaning protocols, bike wash & storage systems).

Promote cycling as a safe, reliable, and enjoyable mode of transport. Perform routine maintenance including cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments. Advise customers on maintenance, repairs,



and potential upgrades.

Test ride bikes after repairs to ensure safety and performance. Fluent in French and English. Passion for cycling and general bike knowledge. In‑person role in Nice city centre (Port). Help grow our in‑house cycling apparel and merchandise line by turning design concepts into production‑ready products.

Manage development from initial briefing through sampling, testing, costing, and handover to production. Deliver high‑quality, durable, and beautiful products reflecting our commitment to cycling culture. 2–5 years in product development, technical design, or apparel production (sports/outdoor/cycling preferred). ~ Experience developing cycling apparel specifically (jerseys, bib shorts, outerwear). ~ Fluency in Spanish. ~ Full‑time, on‑site role based in Girona, managing the supply chain of our own product line and product selection/inventory management with partner brands across three physical locations and one online shop. Manage retail operations, purchasing, and inventory management.

Regular visits to local manufacturers. Align retail offerings with Eat Sleep Cycle’s commitment to quality and sustainability.

Experience in retail operations, purchasing, and inventory management. Interest or background in cycling and familiarity with cycling equipment and accessories. Proficiency in relevant software for inventory tracking and POS systems. Proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
