The Role

We're looking for a Sales Intern to help us open doors in Barcelona. This isn't a shadowing role, you'll be reaching out to real brands, having real conversations, and helping close real deals from day one. You'll work closely with our on-ground Barcelona team and report into our General Clients lead. What you'll do

Reach out to prospective clients across our target verticals (F&B;, boutique hotels, fashion, wellness, and more) via email, Instagram, and direct outreach

Represent Irregular in early client conversations, in Spanish and English

Help move conversations from first contact to signed deal

Keep our pipeline organised and up to date





Work directly with the Director of Irregular and the Barcelona leads on positioning and pitch strategy What we're looking for

Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)

Comfortable picking up the phone, sending the first message, and pushing a conversation toward a decision

Based in or around Barcelona

Interest in production, brand, or creative industries a strong plus

No formal sales experience required, we care more about how you handle a real conversation than what's on your CV What you'll get
