? At Capitole, we're partnering with one of our clients in the industrial sector to strengthen their HR IT team.

We're looking for a Junior SAP HCM Consultant eager to build a long-term career supporting and improving Human Resources solutions while working closely with business stakeholders.

? What's the challenge?

You'll join the internal IT team responsible for supporting and evolving SAP HCM solutions that enable key HR processes across the organization.

This role combines functional consulting , SAP configuration , basic ABAP knowledge , stakeholder interaction and continuous learning within the SAP HR ecosystem.

✨ You'll be working on:

? Supporting SAP HCM incidents and business requests.

? Configuring Personnel Administration (PA) , Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT) .

? Participating in functional testing , validations and production releases.

? Creating functional and technical documentation.

? Driving continuous improvements across HR processes and SAP solutions.

? What we're looking for:

✅ Experience or academic background in SAP HCM

✅ Knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA)

✅ Understanding of Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT)





✅ Basic ABAP knowledge

✅ Good communication with business users

✅ English level B2 or above
