At Worldgrid, we are seeking an experienced SAP IS-U / SAP FI-CA Consultant to lead and support utility industry transformation projects. The consultant will be responsible for delivering end-to-end SAP IS-U and/or FI-CA implementations, collaborating with business stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality solution design aligned with SAP best practices.

The ideal candidate combines strong functional expertise, client-facing consulting skills, and hands-on system configuration experience within Utilities environments.

What are we looking for?

Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end SAP ISU or FICA implementations (requirements, design, configuration, testing, go-live, support, training).
- Facilitate client workshops to define target processes.
- Provide recommendations and best practices.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP Utilities solutions aligned with best practices.
- Configure and support key SAP IS-U and FI-CA processes such as Billing, Invoicing, Meter Reading, Device Management, Payments, Collections, and Dunning.
- Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful integrations and project delivery.
- Support SIT/UAT testing, defect resolution, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Provide functional expertise, recommendations, and post-go-live support within Utilities industry projects.

Requirements:





- 5+ years of SAP IS-U and/or SAP FI-CA experience.
- Experience in full-cycle SAP implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Utilities business processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Language: French fluent + English or Spanish
