In this role you will bridge SAP HCM consulting with ABAP development to support and evolve HR applications. You will lead improvements to SAP-based HR tools for T-Systems Iberia, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure stable, user-centered experiences. The position focuses on redesigns, small evolutions, and minor modifications using AGILE processes, delivering measurable impact in HR operations.
