As SE Intel UX UI Designer, you will shape the user experience for the SE Intel analytics platform, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. You will align with Schneider Electric design principles and ensure accessibility, performance, and scalability across dashboards and AI-assisted interfaces. You’ll collaborate with product, data, and business stakeholders to drive adoption and uplift the UX maturity of SE Intel.

This role offers the chance to influence data storytelling at scale and work across global teams.

- Define and drive UX vision and design standards for SE Intel dashboards and analytics products
- Design the experience layer for AI-assisted analytics, including prompts and result presentation
- Translate analytics requirements into user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
- Ensure consistent experience across ExCom, Leaders, Analysts, Local teams
- Establish guidelines for data visualization and storytelling
- Design end-to-end dashboards with navigation, filtering, and storytelling
- Optimize dashboards for accessibility, performance, and cross-device use




- Collaborate with Data Quality and Product teams to align data accuracy with user perception
- Conduct user research and usability testing; track UX success metrics
- Create reusable design components and prototypes for scalability
- Support adoption by making dashboards self-explanatory and decision-oriented
- Work with Product Owners, Data Engineers, and Visualization developers in Agile
- Drive innovation in data visualization and AI-driven UX
- Influence stakeholders on the importance of UX in analytics adoption
- Collaborate across global teams to ensure consistency at scale

Responsabilidades

- UX/UI design experience for analytics, BI platforms or data products with a portfolio
- Strong data visualization, xugodme user-centered design methodologies
- Proficiency with wireframing/prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and analytics environments
- Data literacy and ability to reason about data shapes
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication
- Experience in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
- Comfort with AI-assisted design and accessibility tooling
