Role Overview The Senior Analyst will support the origination and execution of Retail Capital Markets transactions, providing financial analysis, market intelligence and strategic advisory throughout the investment lifecycle.

Working closely with Directors and senior team members, the role combines strong analytical capabilities with commercial exposure, contributing to acquisitions, disposals and investment advisory assignments while progressively taking ownership of client relationships and transaction execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the origination and execution of Retail Capital Markets transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and investment advisory mandates.
- Prepare financial models, valuation analyses and investment underwriting for retail assets and portfolios.
- Conduct market research and analyse investment trends, pricing, yields, consumer behaviour and macroeconomic indicators affecting the retail sector.
- Prepare investment memoranda, financial presentations, Information Memorandums (IMs), teasers and client reports.
- Support the coordination of legal, financial and technical due diligence processes.
- Assist in transaction structuring and execution from initial underwriting through closing.
- Support negotiations alongside senior team members throughout the transaction process.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, landlords, developers, retailers, asset managers and other market participants.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, client pitches and the identification of new investment opportunities.
- Maintain accurate transaction pipeline and market intelligence within the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with Retail Leasing, Valuation, Debt Advisory, Research and other business lines to deliver integrated advisory solutions.

Requirements

- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Capital Markets, Investment Sales,



Real Estate Finance, Valuation or Transaction Advisory.
- Experience in a real estate consultancy, investment manager, institutional investor or developer is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of retail real estate investment and capital markets.

Technical Skills
