In this role you drive the revenue strategy and lifecycle planning for Asphalt Legends, balancing growth with top-tier player experience. You will align with Game Leadership to set a multi-year roadmap and lead live ops, monetization, and data-driven growth initiatives. You act as a bridge to internal teams and external stakeholders to elevate the game’s profile.

This is an opportunity to shape monetization and live operations for a global racing title and scale its financial health. You will work in a cross-functional, international environment within Gameloft’s live game portfolio.

Compensaciones / Ventajas

- Define the product roadmap in collaboration with Game Leadership to hit aggressive commercial targets
- Lead Live Ops strategy focusing on data-driven growth and operational efficiency
- Own end-to-end monetization lifecycle from concept to post-launch optimization




- Oversee hypothesis-driven data work including A/B testing, KPI forecasting, and deep analytics
- Mentor junior PMs and influence the product team toward excellence
- Represent Asphalt 9 to internal and external stakeholders as the primary business voice

Responsabilidades

- 6+ years in PM for free-to-play games (mobile, PC, or console)
- Proven impact on monetization and retention for live titles
- Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights; proficiency xugodme with advanced analytics tools
- Excellent presentation and documentation skills for executive audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business management, marketing, or related field; MBA valued
- Fluent in English
