As Data Center Program Planner, you will own the integrated plan for a portfolio of Data Center projects, applying advanced scheduling and program governance to synchronize resources, risks, and dependencies. You influence stakeholders across regions, drive accountability, and align project activity with the program roadmap.

Your role supports proposal inputs, client-facing scheduling narratives, and continuous improvement of planning processes. This position is central to delivering predictable data center programs at scale within a general organization.

- Develop and maintain the integrated program plan for all Data Center projects
- Set planning standards and governance aligned with PDS and PMO frameworks
- Apply advanced scheduling techniques (critical path, float, EVM) to forecast outcomes
- Identify risks, constraints, and dependencies; propose mitigations
- Ensure QA-compliant planning deliverables and APIC-aligned PM
- Contribute planning inputs for proposals, bids, and client presentations
- Coordinate resources with PMs, DMs, and discipline leads; manage resource loading and forecasting
- Support Program Director in prioritization, sequencing, and resolving resource conflicts
- Coordinate interdisciplinary work across engineering, design, procurement, and construction
- Lead planning meetings, progress reviews, and cross-regional coordination




- Communicate schedule status, risks, and impacts to senior leadership and clients
- Support business change initiatives and continuous improvement of planning processes
- Manage lifecycle of multiple large Data Center projects; align project schedules with program roadmap
- Ensure schedule-driven financial discipline supports cost and cashflow forecasting
- Capture and incorporate scope changes into the program plan
- Maintain client communications to validate planning assumptions and sequencing
- Support bids with planning strategies and delivery logic
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the Data Center program
- Represent planning in client meetings, governance forums
- Drive successful cross-functional collaboration to deliver program goals

Responsabilidades xugodme

- Electrical or Mechanical engineering degree with at least 15 years' experience
- Strong background in project planning, scheduling, or PMO roles
- Experience in Data Center projects or large, complex technical programs
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent scheduling tools
- Strong influencing skills; able to challenge constructively and drive alignment
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English
- Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders across regions
