Join EPAM in Madrid as a QA Automation Engineer in private banking. You will embed into an Agile team and own quality across the software lifecycle, shaping test strategy and automation coverage for regulatory-backed systems. In this hybrid Madrid role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver robust QA outcomes and drive improvements in financial services technology.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Drive all quality aspects of the team to ensure proper coverage of requirements
- Identify tests suitable for automation and prioritize them
- Automate regression and critical path scenarios using Selenium WebDriver (Java or C#) and Tricentris Tosca (Commander, Engine,



Analytics)
- Perform manual testing as needed
- Create or organize required test data
- Maintain regression test cases
- Execute and document tests in an audit-proved manner
- Read/write some code in Java or C#
- Defect management throughout the QA lifecycle

Responsabilidades xugodme

- Strong background in QA Automation
- B2+/C1 English level
- Embedded QA in an Agile team
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver in Java or C#
- Experience with Tricentris Tosca
- Ability to read/write code in Java/C#
- Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills
