In this role you define robust, secure, and scalable architectures within the Java ecosystem and lead technical initiatives across cloud-native, microservices and AI-enabled solutions. You will shape proposals, drive technical roadmaps, and mentor the team while collaborating with clients and cross-functional partners. This is a chance to influence modernization programs, adopt innovative patterns, and deliver high-impact architectures.

You will be a technical reference, enabling value through architecture leadership and strategic decisions.

- Define and design Java-based architectures (Spring Boot, Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate, REST) for private and public clouds
- Lead microservices, distributed, event-driven, and cloud-native solutions
- Evaluate new trends (AI, automation, observability, platform engineering) for competitive advantage
- Plan modernization strategies for platforms and applications
- Identify AI and analytics opportunities within proposed solutions
- Technically lead project execution and promote market-aligned standards




- Act as customer technical reference, facilitate workshops, define roadmap and strategic decisions
- Prepare technical proposals, estimates, and design docs (HLD/LLD)
- Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD, containerization, and Kubernetes deployments
- Foster continuous improvement and simplification of architectures
- Identify technical risks and define mitigation plans
- Encourage team learning and knowledge sharing

Responsabilidades

- Extensive experience in the Java ecosystem with hands-on leadership
- Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate, xqbhyrx REST APIs
- Experience designing microservices, distributed and cloud-native architectures
- Ability to evaluate trends (AI, automation, observability, platform engineering) and apply them
- Technical leadership across client dialogues, proposals, and solution designs
- Strong CI/CD, containerization, and Kubernetes knowledge
- Ability to translate complex concepts into practical architectures
- Proactive, autonomous, and continuous improvement mindset
- Strong communication with clients and multidisciplinary teams
