In this role, you turn complex operational data into clear, decision-ready insights to accelerate medicines delivery. You’ll partner with senior leaders to shape questions, apply analytics and AI-enabled decision support, and translate complexity into practical recommendations that move the pipeline forward. You will design governed analytics and AI-augmented Power BI solutions, connecting strategy to execution with measurable impact.

Based in Barcelona with on-site presence three days per week, you help leaders act with confidence and speed in a fast-moving development environment.

- Integrate AI-enabled decision support to improve speed, consistency, and scalability while maintaining governance
- Design and deliver governed semantic models and Power BI solutions with strong UX/UI and performance considerations
- Translate complex requirements into executive-ready narratives,



documenting assumptions and recommended actions
- Establish and enforce analytics and UX/UI standards, documentation, versioning, accessibility, and change control
- Guide data collection and preprocessing across databases, APIs, and files for governed semantic layers
- Drive adoption, training, and value realization of decision-support products with measurable impact
- Coach specialists on delivery excellence, responsible AI use, and stakeholder-centered analytics
- Present work to executives and cross-functional stakeholders with clear, traceable content xugodme and responsible AI usage

Responsabilidades

- Stakeholder-facing analytics consulting with senior stakeholders
- Hands-on AI-enabled analytics delivery with governance considerations
- Power BI and semantic modeling expertise, including DAX, performance optimization, UX/UI
- Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences
- Proven delivery of complex analytics and decision support products
- Experience driving adoption and value realization of analytics solutions
