Our client is one of the largest and most prestigious boutique firms in Melbourne, managing a portfolio of complex local and international clients. Key responsibilities include:

- General compliance, accounting, and tax return preparation for all types of taxpayers
- Managing and maintaining client files
- Developing tailored financial strategies for clients
- Analysing financial data to identify potential risks and opportunities for other Practice services
- Collaborating with clients on tax-related matters and liaising with the ATO and other authorities
- Implementing effective tax planning programs




- Ensure the timely completion of all accounting and tax-related work, meeting deadlines and budgets
- Review work with Managers and Associate Directors
- Be mindful of weekly and monthly productivity targets
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and continue their professional growth

The Adecuado Candidate:

- 4+ years working in public practice and business services
- CA or CPA qualified, or actively working toward certification
- Communicates clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail
- Takes initiative and shows motivation
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Has excellent time-management skills and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously
