Schedule: Full-time | Rotational shifts (09:00 – 20:00, Monday–Sunday)
Contract: Temporary (with long-term opportunities)
Salary: €21,262 gross/year + benefits

Your Mission
As part of a multicultural support team, you will:
Support international travelers and partners via phone and email
Handle inquiries related to bookings, payments, and technical issues
Act as a bridge between customers and accommodation providers worldwide
Work with structured processes while delivering tailored solutions
Ensure excellent customer experience in every interaction
What You Bring
Must-Have Skills
Slovenian (C2/native) + English (advanced)
Strong communication skills (written & spoken)
Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools
Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
Resilient and positive attitude
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Customer service or contact center experience
Interest in travel or hospitality industry
