WE'RE LOOKING FOR A SOCIAL MEDIA JUNIOR

Lorena Canals is a general lifestyle brand creating handcrafted textile collections for real homes. We're looking for a Social Media Junior to join our Marketing team at our headquarters in Sant Just Desvern, Barcelona.

This role is focused on the day-to-day management of our social media channels , helping to build an engaged community through creative content, meaningful interactions and consistent brand storytelling. You'll also support the Marketing team across PR, events, photoshoots and influencer collaborations.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

As part of our Marketing team, your main responsibilities will include:

- Own the day-to-day community management across our social media channels, primarily Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook and LinkedIn, ensuring our communities are engaged and our brand voice is consistent.
- Create and publish daily social media content, with a strong focus on Instagram Stories, as well as supporting Reels, posts and other platform-specific formats.
- Plan, schedule and coordinate content calendars across all social platforms.
- Support the management of our Family Business social media accounts, adapting content and maintaining brand consistency.
- Coordinate and follow up on influencer collaborations, ensuring content is delivered on time and campaigns are executed smoothly.
- Support the Marketing team with PR, press activities, events, photoshoots and brand activations.
- Assist in identifying social media trends, content opportunities and new creative ideas to keep our channels fresh and engaging.
- Community conversations, respond to comments and messages, and help strengthen relationships with our audience.

- Comfortable appearing on camera whenever the content requires it.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Design or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook and LinkedIn, including platform trends and best practices.
- Experience with content planning, community management and short-form video editing using CapCut, Canva or similar tools.
- Content creation skills are highly valued: the ability to shoot and create engaging photo and video content using an iPhone is essential, while experience using a professional camera is a strong plus.
- A creative mindset with excellent aesthetic judgment and attention to detail.
