We are looking for a Social Media & Paid Social Specialist to manage and optimize social media activities and paid advertising campaigns across multiple consumer technology and gaming brands.

The role combines content publishing, social media operations and paid social campaign management across Meta and TikTok platforms, working closely with marketing, content and design teams to support brand growth and product launches. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and schedule content across Meta platforms and TikTok

Launch and optimize paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager

Manage audiences, budgets and campaign performance

Run A/B testing and optimize creatives, targeting and campaigns





Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and prepare performance reports

Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns and launches Required experience and skills:

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager

Experience managing paid social campaigns and social media activities

Experience with consumer brands, retail or e-commerce is a plus

Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting and conversion tracking

Experience with GA4, Meta Pixel and UTM tracking

Strong analytical and organizational skills

English level B2+ Nice to have

Experience with gaming or consumer electronics.

Knowledge of TikTok Shop.

Exposure to influencer marketing.

Reporting skills in Looker Studio or Power BI. We offer:
