We are currently seeking enthusiastic and qualified Spanish Teachers, French Teachers, or teachers able to teach both languages to join our team in Gijón. This is an excellent opportunity for language professionals who are passionate about helping learners build confidence and achieve real communicative competence. While we welcome applications from specialists in either language, candidates who can teach both Spanish and French will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging Spanish and/or French lessons to individuals and groups.

Prepare lesson plans and learning materials aligned with the Lawton Method.

Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Adapt lessons to different ages, levels, and learning objectives.

Provide tutoring and individualized support when needed.

Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a consistent and high-quality learning experience.

Participate in staff meetings, training sessions,



and occasional school events. Requirements

Experience teaching Spanish and/or French.

Relevant qualification in Education, Linguistics, Philology, Languages, ELE, FLE, or a related field.

Strong lesson planning and classroom management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Familiarity with digital learning tools and educational technology.

Student-centered teaching approach and passion for language education.

Availability to work on-site in Gijón.

English proficiency is a plus.

Preferred

Qualifications

Ability to teach both Spanish and French.

Experience teaching learners of different ages and proficiency levels.

Experience in both group and one-to-one instruction.
