As Sr.

Robotics System

Integration u0026amp; Deployment Engineer at Amazon, you own end-to-end deployment of first-time automation technologies across Europe, shaping scalable rollout frameworks. You lead cross-functional alignment, advise Senior Managers and Directors on technical trade-offs, and mentor engineers. You work with multiple robotics systems in undefined environments, driving deployment from concept to go-live and handover. This role offers ownership, strategic influence, and the opportunity to scale robotics solutions across the fulfillment network.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Define and own end-to-end deployment strategy for new automation technologies where none exists
- Lead cross-functional alignment across teams, vendors, site operations, and regional stakeholders
- Build scalable deployment mechanisms, frameworks, and tooling for repeatable standards
- Resolve complex deployment problems across multiple technical domains and provide actionable feedback
- Mentor and develop junior deployment engineers and promote engineering best practices




- Evaluate and deliver large-scale automation technologies including conveyance, sortation, and robotics across countries
- Automate and optimise deployment processes to reduce waste and create predictable paths

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
- Experience leading complex automation deployment projects end-to-end
- Subject matter expertise in more than one technical domain (e.g., robotics xugodme + deployment process design, automation hardware + infrastructure integration, or conveyance + sortation)
- Ability to influence across multiple teams and advise leadership on strategy and trade-offs
- Track record building scalable mechanisms, frameworks, or tooling
- Experience mentoring and developing engineers
- Strong written communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50% during EU deployment seasons
- Experience resolving complex technical systems problems on-site in undefined environments
