- Shape and deliver Marketing Excellence programs to build capabilities and adopt best-in-class practices and tools
- Steer portfolio management for mature brands, providing data-driven recommendations to maximize value and optimize resources
- Identify, monitor, and communicate portfolio opportunities and risks, translating insights into actionable recommendations across cross-functional teams

- Foster cross-functional partnerships with Commercial Excellence, Medical Excellence, Digital, Data u0026 AI, Finance, and other functions for integrated decision-makingResponsabilidades
- Solid international pharmaceutical marketing experience in Marketing Excellence, Brand Planning, Portfolio Strategy, Launch Excellence, or related roles
- Understanding of pharmaceutical/healthcare environments; experience in SpecialtyCare, Rare Diseases, Biotech or highly regulated sectors is advantageous
- Proven ability to work with brand plans, portfolio reviews, business cases, forecasting, resource allocation, Pu0026L management, and performance tracking
- Experience operating in global–local business models with multiple geographies and affiliates
- Strong influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities with data synthesis and clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills in matrix organizations
