Experteer Overview As Site Manager you will lead on-site delivery of high-voltage substation and power infrastructure projects across Spain and nearby regions. You’ll act as the on-site Hitachi Energy representative, coordinating subcontractors and driving safety, quality, and cost control to meet contractual goals. The role offers exposure to GIS technologies and specialist training within a general leader in the energy transition. You will work closely with project teams to ensure safe, timely, and standards-driven project handover. This is a hands-on, execution-focused opportunity to shape critical energy infrastructure.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Coordinate day-to-day site activities across projects
- Act as primary on-site Hitachi Energy representative ensuring safe, efficient delivery per contract
- Manage and supervise subcontractors including electrical and commissioning teams
- Verify completed works against specifications and quality requirements
- Monitor progress, identify risks/delays, and issue early warnings to Project Manager
- Support financial performance through ETC forecasting, cost monitoring, and cost-saving opportunities
- Manage monthly subcontractor certifications and assist with contract administration

Safety and Environmental (HSE) responsibilities or coordinate with HSE specialists
- Coordinate commissioning activities and support project handover
- Produce daily site reports and maintain records using digital toolsResponsabilidades
- 2-5 years in site management, construction supervision, commissioning, or project delivery in power/energy sectors
- Technical electrical knowledge and HV equipment experience
- Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities
- Strong HSE understanding in construction/industrial environments
- Project reporting, contractor management, cost tracking, and schedule monitoring experience
- Financial awareness including ETC forecasting and budget monitoring
- Comfort with digital reporting systems and project management tools
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Willingness to travel within Spain and internationally
