Experteer Overview
As Senior Controller you will act as deputy to the Regional Head of Finance, ensuring continuity and coordinating priorities across a multi-entity region. You will drive end-to-end controlling, guide the team, and push AI and automation to unlock efficiencies. You’ll support organizational transformation to unify the regional finance setup, manage demand coordination, and deliver clear, credible stories to senior stakeholders. This role combines hands-on finance leadership with coaching, process simplification, and cross-functional collaboration to enable high-quality decision-making.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Deputize the Regional Head of Finance and coordinate priorities and information flow across regional finance leadership
• Support organizational transformation to unify Germany, Switzerland, and Central Europe under the new Finance setup
• Proactively prioritize, coordinate, and allocate all requests with clear owners and deadlines
• Serve as final quality gate and help shape the storyline and key messages for regional leadership
• Coach and develop controllers and colleagues to maintain high delivery and quality
• Champion AI, automation,



and process simplification to improve efficiency
• Communicate proactively with central and local colleagues, senior finance managers, and IT heads across CE region

Responsabilidades
• Senior-level controlling/finance experience of at least 10 years in a complex, multi-entity or international environment
• Track record coordinating cross-functional work and delivering to senior stakeholders under tight deadlines
• Experience coaching and developing team members
• Hands-on interest in AI and automation tools (e.g., Claude, PowerBI Platform)
• Knowledge of SAP (FI/CO) or other ERP systems; strong MS Excel skills
• Independent and proactive with end-to-end accountability and excellent organizational skills
• Clear, concise, credible communication and ability to distill complexity into a compelling storyline
• Fluent business English; German or CE-region languages are an advantage but not required
