This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of underwriting new business and managing a portfolio, while building strong broker relationships and contributing to commercial growth.You’ll operate within your underwriting authority, working across potentially multi-line business, and playing a key role in delivering strong financial and customer outcomes.Underwriting & Portfolio ManagementUnderwrite new business and renewals within your authority levelAssess risks, price and structure deals, and produce accurate quotesManage policy issuance and amendmentsMonitor and manage renewals, including non-tacit businessSupport portfolio performance tracking and improvementsBroker Development & SalesBuild and maintain strong relationships with brokers across your region [Support business development through meetings, presentations,



and trainingContribute to growth, retention, and profitability targetsCollaboration & DeliveryWork closely with underwriting, operations, claims, and legal teamsContribute to team initiatives, product development, and innovation projectsParticipate in business planning and cross-functional collaborationTitulacionesMinimum 5 years’ underwriting experience in the insurance marketStrong technical underwriting knowledge and commercial awarenessProven ability to build and maintain broker relationshipsExcellent organisation and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Proactive, resilient, and collaborative approachDegree in Business, Economics, Law, or similar (preferred)Business-level English and Spanish required
