Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead end-to-end Real-World Evidence (RWE) studies to support regulatory, pre-launch, and post-launch activities across multiple therapeutic areas. You will partner with global RWE strategy leads and cross-functional teams to ensure rigorous, timely, and impactful research. You will shape study designs, data analyses, and reporting, leveraging innovative RWE methods to close evidence gaps. This role offers the chance to influence drug development and access strategies at a global biopharma leader.

• Co-lead the end-to-end planning, execution and communication of RWE studies with cross-functional partners
• Ensure high scientific rigor, timely delivery, and budget adherence for studies
• Provide strategic scientific input from conceptualization to study closure, including design, cohort construction, SAP development, analysis, and report writing
• Collaborate with internal and external experts to ensure data fit-for-purpose for regulatory, market access or clinical use
• Act as methodological expert for innovative RWE designs and analytics to address evidence gaps
• Identify and validate external data sources and collaborating institutions




• Manage budgets for RWE studies with stakeholders and vendors
• Maintain clear communication with team and stakeholders on strategy, progress, risks and mitigation
• Support Integral Integrated Evidence Generation Plans (IEGP) with medical gaps
• Balance entrepreneurial mindset with rigorous project management and scientific integrity

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years in RWE generation with end-to-end leadership experience
• Strong publication record in relevant journals
• Experience across Type 1 diabetes, transplant, cardiovascular/metabolic diseases, neurology, oncology, immunology, rare diseases, insulin-based therapies
• Fluent English; additional European language appreciated
• Ability to influence and motivate senior leaders and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of pharmacoepidemiology, HEOR, and RWE study design
• Experience with routinely collected healthcare data
• Understanding of commercial strategy
