You find satisfaction in applying a proven approach to deliver high quality results.The WorkThe Sales Excellence - Center of Excellence Application Architecture team provides functional architecture support for our sales and pricing tools, ensuring their stability, alignment, and performance.As an Application Architecture Associate Manager in the Integration space, you will work with various teams and stakeholders to manage and execute the integration requests between various applications and our sales and pricing data sources. You will also contribute to the design, testing, and maintenance of our tools and processes.The role requires a high level of attention to detail, process orientation, and communication skills. As Associate Manager you will also contribute to the improvement of existing processes, documentation,
and training of junior members.You willSupport the integration of sales and pricing data between different applications and platformsManage the workflow of requests and approvals using Power Apps toolParticipate in meetings and document notes and action itemsEnsure the completion of Sales Excellence actions and follow up with stakeholdersGather and manage access lists from Application teamsCollaborate with the Security team to enforce access policies and standardsCreate and revise the process guides for operational tasks and proceduresProvide feedback and suggestions for improving the design and functionality of the tools and processesWork closely with the CIO Integration teams to support integration requestsReview the access and usage of the Sales and Pricing data sources and identify any issues or gapsContribute to the advancement of the integration related objectives and strategiesTrain and mentor the junior members of the teamHere’s what you needUndergraduate degreeTypically have a minimum 4-5+ years of relevant experienceEnglish language fluency (oral and written)Proficient in Excel and familiar with formulas and data manipulationDetail-oriented and process-driven, able to follow the established procedures and protocolsIndependent and team-oriented, able to work autonomously and collaborativelyBasic knowledge of sales and pricing data and tools and how they are used in the businessExcellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills,
able to interact with various stakeholders and teamsAbility to understand the high-level requirements and expectations of the different teams and applicationsPotential to supervise a small team with guidance from a supervisorConfident in engaging with senior leadership within the scope of responsibilityResponsible for an area of medium size and complexityMust be adaptable with work hours according to business needs (e.G., when interaction/conference calls with team members in other time zones is required, release cutover weekends, when a critical issue requires immediate resolution)Extra credit if you haveBusiness Management education desirableExperience with Power Apps and/or working with CIO Integration teamsUnderstanding of sales processes and tools (e.G., Manage my Sales) preferredYou May Also NeedA home office or work area that is suitable for productive remote work, per local guidelines.
