Experteer Overview
In this role you enable cross-portfolio activation initiatives at Vodafone Business, coordinating workstreams and delivering practical activation assets. You’ll support market readiness and governance across multiple portfolios, guiding markets with clear plans, tools and guidance. You work closely with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into executable actions, driving transformation and go-to-market execution. This is an opportunity to shape activation assets and improve delivery across markets within a collaborative, matrix environment.

• Coordinate defined workstreams with owners, deadlines and dependencies
• Maintain programme documentation (plans, status reports, trackers)
• Prepare and consolidate inputs for activation playbooks, readiness packs and enablement materials
• Support engagement with OpCos by gathering feedback and tracking readiness
• Coordinate meetings and governance forums with clear notes and next steps




• Monitor progress against milestones and escalate risks or gaps to leadership
• Support reporting and performance tracking with dashboards and data-driven updates
• Capture lessons learned and propose improvements to tools and ways of working
