- Analyze market, competitor, and customer trends to identify opportunities and translate insights into strategy
- Drive development and optimization of the product portfolio and lead cross-functional innovation activities
- Develop and execute go-to-market, channel, and pricing strategies with Sales, Marketing, and partners
- Monitor sales, profitability, inventory, and market trends to support growth and availability

- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related field with strong automation background
- Several years of product management experience in industrial automation (strategy, lifecycle, GTM)
- Familiarity with Automation systems and machinery market
- Analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills (Ru0026D, Sales, Marketing, Operations)
- Effective communication and leadership with entrepreneurial mindset
