Job DescriptionWhat will your responsibilities be at Ayming?- Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.- Translate business requirements into data models, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics solutions.- Build and maintain analytical datasets using Databricks, SQL, and Python.- Develop and enhance BI reports, dashboards, and self-service analytics capabilities.- Analyze local data sources and integrate them into the broader data ecosystem.- Support the identification, design, and deployment of Data & AI use cases.- Ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation of KPIs.- Act as a bridge between business users and the central Data & AI team.- Promote data-driven decision making across the Spain organization.- Collaborate closely with the Data Engineer to industrialize analytics products.You are- Business-oriented and interested in understanding how the company operates.- Comfortable working directly with operational teams, managers, and leadership.- Curious about how Data & AI can solve real business problems.- Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented.- A strong communicator able to bridge business and technical teams.- A collaborative team player with an international mindset.QualificationsYou have- 3+ years of experience in analytics, BI, analytics engineering,
