Experteer Overview In this role you will architect and validate scalable Building Management and Energy Management System solutions across Europe. You’ll bridge engineering, sales, and delivery to ensure deployable, field-ready designs for multi-site environments. You’ll perform on-site surveys, translate conditions into clear design scopes, and drive proposals and integration work. The position combines hands-on engineering with cross-functional collaboration to deliver energy-efficient building operations at scale.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Develop system architectures and application designs for BMS and EMS solutions
- Conduct on-site surveys and technical assessments across multiple countries
- Translate field conditions into actionable designs and project scopes
- Lead development of proposals, SOWs, and network/integration diagrams
- Define integrations across HVAC,



refrigeration controls, lighting, and energy/submetering
- Design and validate protocol integrations (BACnet, Modbus, RS-485, IP) and mitigate design risksResponsabilidades
- Proven experience with BMS and/or EMS
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration controls, electrical distribution, and submetering
- Hands-on experience with Niagara/JACE platforms and Honeywell or equivalent BMS systems
- Experience delivering multi-site rollouts in retail, QSR, or commercial environments
- Ability to collaborate across engineering, sales, and field execution teams
