In this Planning Analyst role, you will oversee scheduling across front- and back-office operations, steering capacity and KPI targets to meet service agreements. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to optimize scheduling processes, drive capacity planning, and ensure timely support for service desk tickets and WFM communications. You will review processes, propose improvements, and communicate solutions clearly to operations and management. • Maintain staffing within thresholds from scheduling creation through capacity management
• Lead projects and coordinate with stakeholders to improve scheduling and capacity processes
• Ensure service desk tickets and WFM emails meet agreed SLAs
• Conduct regular process reviews and provide optimization feedback
• Communicate solutions clearly to operations and managers in written and oral form

Responsabilidades
