- Define development strategy, procurement plan, and project-specific procedures (PEP)
- Monitor cost plan progress, master schedule, and risk register to ensure forecasts
- Serve as primary client contact and coordinate consultants, designers, and contractors




- Ensure adherence to Quality Management System via inspections, snag lists, and real-time workflows
- Prepare monthly status reports for client and Operations ManagementResponsabilidades
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering or Architecture
- A minimum of 7 years project management experience in a technical, complex environment
- Understanding of the full project life cycle from inception to post-project review
- Strong knowledge of main project management concepts, tools and techniques
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in an international context
- Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English
