Experteer Overview In this role, you will expand Flix’s partner network in Spain by identifying and securing bus operators and building long-term, trust-based relationships. You will act as the primary contact for Spanish partners, lead regular reviews, and negotiate contracts to achieve win-win outcomes. You will analyse KPIs, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategic actions, working closely with cross-functional teams. This position supports Flix’s growth in the Iberia market and plays a key part in shaping a scalable partner ecosystem. - Identify, negotiate, and acquire new bus operators to partner with Flix in Spain
- Act as the point of contact for bus partners and lead regular business reviews
- Conduct contractual negotiations ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Analyze KPIs, market trends, and competitors to derive actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Network Planning, and Pricing




- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners
- Handle administrative tasks, contract follow-ups, and project trackingResponsabilidades
- 5-8 years of experience in BD, consulting, account management, or similar B2B roles (preferably in Spain)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or related fields
- Native Spanish; fluent English (writtenand spoken)
- Strong communication and B2B negotiation skills
- Experience in transport or mobility sector is a plus
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven mindset
