As the DDu0026amp;T Cluster Lead Iberia at Takeda, you will own and shape the technology and AI demand across the cluster, acting as the business partner between LOCs, IBU, and ICC/GCC. You will translate business needs into enterprise-ready requirements and drive adoption of DDu0026amp;T capabilities. You’ll lead governance, risk, and compliance while guiding flagship initiatives and enabling scalable delivery. This role offers influence across leadership forums and a chance to influence the future of data and AI in a integral pharma context.

• Own the Cluster DDu0026T Business Partner model and engagement pathways
• Lead portfolio governance to align demand, initiatives, dependencies, and capacity
• Provide concise reports on challenges, opportunities, delivery risks, and adoption KPIs to leadership
• Drive technology and AI adoption within the cluster and ensure alignment with enterprise roadmap
• Act as a thought leader on technology and AI, signaling what is feasible and prerequisites
• Ensure DDu0026T governance, risk, and compliance are followed and audit-ready




• Lead 1–2 flagship cluster initiatives with hands-on shaping of use cases and requirements
• Partner with ICC/GCC for scalable delivery and act as main cluster contact point for prioritization and escalations
• Establish lean operating model for supported solutions with clear data ownership and escalation paths
• Maintain operating cadence with DDu0026T Head Europe to review portfolio, adoption, risks, and resourcing

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of commercial IT/technology experience in life sciences preferred
• Deep understanding of Data, Analytics and AI applications in healthcare
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional initiatives
• Proven track record leading digital transformation projects in a large organization
• Experience with IBU LOCs understanding of local operating models (preferred)
• Expert understanding of Takeda ecosystem (Salesforce stack, Databricks)
• Project Management and Change Management experience
• Knowledge of Digital Compliance and governance processes
