At Oxigent Technologies, we’re looking for a Process Transformation & Agentic Automation Consultant to join an exciting Lab research innovation Project based in Barcelona.What will your main responsibilities be?Operational Process AnalysisWork with customer teams to observe and understand operational processesConduct interviews and workshopsMap processes using flow diagrams, BPMN, or similarIdentify pain points, manual steps, communication gaps, and inefficienciesProcess ClarificationTranslate complex operations into clear documentationProduce visual process maps understandable by technical and non-technical stakeholdersAlign stakeholders on actual vs assumed processesAutomation & Agentic Workflow DiscoveryIdentify opportunities for workflow automation, AI-assisted decisions, and agentic workflowsPropose concrete automation conceptsTranslate opportunities into structured implementation plansImplementation CollaborationWork with product, engineering, or AI teams to implement solutionsSupport pilot deployments and refine workflows based on feedbackKnowledge TransferContribute to playbooks, automation frameworks,
