For faculty with a master’s degree: $5,507–$6,677 per month (full‑time, 15 WTUs). Presente pay will be adjusted based on WTUs assigned.Appointment TermsPositions are contingency‑based, filled as needed by budget and enrollment. The temporary faculty pool is available for two academic terms; renewals require re‑application. Expected semesters:Fall 2026 – August 19 2026 to December 22 2026Spring 2027 – January 15 2027 to May 26 2027Required QualificationsMaster’s degree in Media, Communications, Journalism or related field with emphasis in Broadcast, Multimedia,



or Digital Journalism.Demonstrated commitment to working with diverse students, faculty, and staff.Professional‑level news organization experience.Preferred QualificationsTeaching experience at the undergraduate level with evidence of teaching effectiveness.Experience in data journalism, sports journalism, investigative reporting, news video production, or storytelling.Application ProceduresApplications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
