Accelerate the possible by joining a winning Amcor team that’s transforming the packaging industry and improving lives around the world.- The Operations Manager within our LEZO site is responsible for managing: Pre-press, Production, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Engineering and CAPEX, Warehouse (indoor logistics).- Main priorities are: Compliance with company/plant policies and procedures; Alignment with plant objectives and customer requirements; Focus on continuous improvement and innovation.Requirements- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment and supervision.- Experience in packaging is an advantage but not a pre-requisite for the role.- Experience of successfully managing significant change / transformation projects within a manufacturing environment.- First‑hand experience of Lean and continuous improvement methodologies e.G. Six Sigma,
