Experteer Overview
In this role you will guide talent acquisition globally, partnering with leadership to attract top leadership talent and scale hiring across regions. You’ll own end-to-end recruiting, shape regional sourcing strategies, and improve the candidate experience while aligning with Glovo’s growth and inclusive culture. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to advance hiring metrics and employer branding, making a tangible impact on the company’s talent ecosystem.

• Manage end-to-end recruiting including research, sourcing, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation
• Develop deep understanding of regional talent markets (WE, IT-SEE, PLECA, Africa) to source top candidates
• Tailor regional sourcing strategies leveraging local networks and job boards
• Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and legal requirements for regions
• Coach hiring managers on recruitment topics (time to fill, market mapping, engagement, regional adaptation)
• Improve existing programs and develop innovative talent strategies
• Utilize ATS reports and dashboards to illustrate recruiting pipeline and results




• Support employer branding through networking events and e-meetups
• Maintain candidate-centric pipeline and explore future opportunities for candidates

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience recruiting leadership profiles / executive search
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and business leaders, influencing strategic decisions
• Experience with roles at international level
• Experience with market research and talent insights, strong sourcing ability
• Solid understanding of Glovo’s vision, business model and operations
• Strong networking skills and ability to develop recruiting partnerships
• Metrics-oriented with data-backed recruiting strategies and high-quality candidate experience
• Knowledge in regional talent markets, especially WE, IT-SEE, PLECA, Africa
