Experteer Overview
In this role you will help scale the Italian market for an AI-powered voice SaaS startup. You will work closely with the founding account executive and HQ in Vienna to drive new business, demos, and end-to-end sales. You will manage inbound, outbound, and product-trial leads, build local relationships, and support onboarding to ensure adoption and retention. You will contribute to localization and market positioning, and help optimize the sales motion for expansion. This early commercial role offers ownership, fast growth, and international exposure.

Responsabilidades
• 2–4 years of experience in SaaS sales, tech sales, or business development
• Native-level Italian and strong English communication
• Strong commercial mindset and closing mentality
• Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a small team
• Interest in SaaS, AI, and technology-driven products
