As Technical Asset Management Specialist, you will own and optimize our hybrid solar+BESS portfolio, driving value across markets and interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue, reduce OPEX, and ensure contractual and regulatory alignment. You will analyze performance data, report to executives, and lead improvements in asset management processes in a fast-paced, international environment.

This role offers growth into the US and Japan while shaping how we operate hybrid assets globally.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Identify value-maximizing market participation opportunities for assets in operation across spot markets and ancillary services; lead RFPs for contracting representatives and battery optimizers
- Drive operating cost efficiency across the portfolio; manage end-to-end RFPs for market representatives and battery optimizers
- Act as primary PPA counterparty owner; monitor compliance and manage deviations or disputes throughout contract term
- Track green certificates and environmental attributes; maximize returns via brokers and market timing
- Define, track, and report technical KPIs (production, availability, performance ratio, BESS efficiency/degradation, losses); weekly coordination with Ou0026M




- Analyze performance data, identify deviations from budget, propose improvements
- Produce monthly/quarterly asset performance reports for internal stakeholders, executives, and country managers
- Coordinate financial variances with Finance/Controlling; explain deviations for future projects
- Serve as primary technical interface with external stakeholders (Ou0026M, asset manager, optimiser, grid operators, regulators)
- Collaborate with Investment, Legal, Finance, and Mu0026A to ensure operational alignment
- Contribute to continuous process improvements in asset management tools and reporting

Responsabilidades

- Engineering degree with renewable energy experience, ideally xqbhyrx 4 years on hybrid projects or PV solar
- Fluent English
- Strong understanding of solar PV and BESS lifecycle, performance analysis, and grid integration
- Strong analytical skills; translate data into actionable recommendations
- Highly motivated, autonomous, proactive; capable of managing multiple priorities without day-to-day supervision
- Prior experience at a renewable energy developer, IPP, or technical asset manager
